No. FireGuard is a managed service for the firewall you already own. We do not require you to buy new hardware. We manage the device already in your rack.
SonicWall (TZ, NSa, NSsp), Sophos XGS, WatchGuard Firebox T and M series, and Fortinet FortiGate. Our engineers hold current manufacturer certifications across all four. We support the platform you have, not the one we would prefer to sell you.
Standard change requests are implemented within one business day. Emergency changes, VPN down or critical access issues, are worked immediately. Our SOC is staffed during business hours with on call coverage for production incidents around the clock.
FireGuard Basic covers the firmware, patching, and backup work that keeps your firewall current. FireGuard Standard adds VIP support, unlimited configuration changes, hardware replacement, and reporting. FireGuard Advanced adds extended log retention, scheduled after hours support, and a 24x7 emergency line. Tell us your environment on the quote and we will recommend the right starting tier.
