Is Wi-Fi 7 right for your environment?
Compare the 441K's quad-radio, multi-gig design against the rest of the FortiAP lineup to see whether
Wi-Fi 7 throughput is worth the jump for your deployment.
No. The 441K is an indoor-rated access point with no IP ingress rating, designed for
high-density indoor enterprise deployments.
The 441K is a Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) access point with four radios covering 2.4 GHz, 5
GHz, 6 GHz, and dedicated background scanning.
Two 10 Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) ports, sized to keep up with the AP's multi-gigabit
wireless throughput.
It defaults to 802.3bt PoE for full performance, and also supports dual 802.3at PoE
inputs for current sharing, though transmit power is reduced under 802.3at.
Through the integrated wireless controller on any FortiGate firewall, or through the
FortiLAN Cloud provisioning and management portal.
